Astounding. I think you have a grasp of the concept of squash and stretch, an animation technique that gives a character a sense of weight and mass in motion. I had to take a good look at this to discover that aspect hidden in this picture.

I notice the eyelids look shiny...is that...natural?

The light source is somewhat evident, yet if it shines on that area of the coat, would the golden/brass buttons on it shine more vividly?

I feel that the scenery just screams for "more", because I cannot establish a sense of what this picture is all about without reading the artists commentary.

Anatomy wise, I believe you scored BIG here. Also kudos for the clothing, way to pun it with the tail/tailcoat, it makes it look like a tailcoat was meant for tails.
